Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority

The Civil Aviation Act makes provisions for the establishment of the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority, for the regulation of all civil aviation activities, for the implementation of certain international conventions and for the institution of safety requirements. The creation of the TTCAA satisfies the requirement of ICAO Safety Oversight System critical element three (3) – the establishment of a Civil Aviation Authority.
