An ATO is an organization that is approved by and operating under the supervision of the Authority in accordance with the Civil Aviation [(No. 1) General Application and Personnel Licensing] Regulations, and the Civil Aviation [(No. 9) Approved Training Organisation] Regulations, to perform approved training.
