Student Services
International Students
If you are joining us for our full time, eight (8) month training i.e. the Aerodrome and Approach Control Diploma Programme, we suggest that you arrive into the country one (1) week before. This would allow your application for student visas to be submitted. To do this, you would be required to :
Students are required to visit the Immigration Division, Ministry of National Security to submit their application for the student permits, before the start of the class.
Orientation
Orientations are mandatory for our full time programmes. All students are required to attend Orientation. Critical information is provided at this
session that you would need to know before starting your training with us. Dates and times would be provided in your acceptance letters.
CATC E-learning (Moodle)
For easy learning, students would have access to our E-Learning Platform – Moodle. Credentials would be provided after you have
been accepted on the programme of study. All course material for your respective programme would be available via Moodle. You can access the portal by using this link, https://catc.caa.gov.tt/ and logging on with your credentials.
Counselling and Wellbeing
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers support for students as it is required. Psychological/counselling support is available to
students in need. To access this service, please visit us at our Administrative Offices.
Medical Services
Students requiring access to medical services can use the Health Net Medical Facilities located in Barataria and Chaguanas. Cost of all medical services accessed shall be borne by the student. Appointments at Health Net can be made through telephone contact 868-285-4635, 4642 (Barataria) and 868-285-4625, 4637 (Chaguanas) or visit us at our Administrative Offices.
