Module 1 – Organising Team Resources

Module 3 – Conduct of Briefings

Module 4 – Managing Work Conflicts

Practical Component
Participants will engage in practical exercises and role-play, scenario-based discussions and application of supervisory and leadership techniques

  • Progress tests
  • Practical exercises
  • Mastery tests conducted during the course

Participants who attend and successfully complete the programme will receive a Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority (TTCAA) Civil Aviation Training Centre (CATC) certificate.
