Need an executive facility for your next event? The Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority offers a modern and state-of-the-art facility located at Caroni North Bank Piarco, within minutes from the Piarco International Airport.
The facilities consist of six (6) classrooms, of which, four (4) are separated by panel fold operable walls and as such are easily customizable to accommodate small or large events in various layout designs and one smaller room ideal for private meetings. The sixth (6th) classroom features a modern computer lab with seating for thirty (30) participants each with individual computer systems as well as a desk with a computer for the instructor.
Rooms are fully furnished with ultra-modern equipment and amenities, all in our fully air conditioned facilities. These include:
• internet access (Wi-Fi)
• build-in multi-media
• white boards and flipcharts
• podium
• lounging and dining or cafeteria area
• parking and security
Facilities are also available on weekends and evenings. Our staff are ready to assist and will work with you to ensure the success of your event.
